Description
Our Telecaster 2.5mm Bridge Flatwork – Bottom is CNC-cut from HyBoard a plant-based bio-fiber composite engineered to provide a durable, electrically insulating foundation for Telecaster neck pickup bobbins.
The 2.5mm thickness offers increased rigidity at the base of the bobbin, helping maintain coil stability and pole alignment during winding. Compared to phenolic flatwork, this bio-fiber laminate machines more cleanly, with reduced brittleness and without the sharp odor or hazardous dust.
This bottom flatwork pairs perfectly with 1.5mm or 2.0mm top flatwork depending on target coil height and design goals.
